چکیده
The exploitation of petroleum, the production and use petroleum products causes pollution that is harmful to ecology environment. At present, hydrocarbon has become a universal concern in world. As one bioremediation methods, plant root exudate repair effect eliminating toxic substances To explore role exudates glycine phytoremediation petroleum-contaminated soil, seed germination pot experiments were carried out study effects on degradation hydrocarbons different plants soil types. results showed when concentration pollutants was constant, order rate eight ryegrass > sudan grass white clover tall fescue alfalfa pennisetum canine maize grass.1000 mg L −1 could effectively promote biomass rate. + clover. 18,000 kg reached 55.7%. All had highest height loamy while observed sandy ranging from 50.36% 59.36%. Among them, combined with 1000 59.36% soil. Ryegrass, potential remediate soils. In three types strong remediation efficiency, more significant after addition glycine. Therefore, can be planted as priority for oil field areas contaminated by hydrocarbons.

متن کاملArbuscular mycorrhiza and petroleum-degrading microorganisms enhance phytoremediation of petroleum-contaminated soil.
While plants can phytoremediate soils that are contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons, adding microbes to remediate contaminated sites with petroleum-degrading microorganisms and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) is not well understood. The phytoremediation of Arabian medium crude oil (ACO) was done with a Lolium multiflorum system inoculated with an AMF (Glomus intraradices) and a mixture o...
متن کاملCombination of biochar amendment and phytoremediation for hydrocarbon removal in petroleum-contaminated soil
Remediation of soils contaminated with petroleum is a challenging task. Four different bioremediation strategies, including natural attenuation, biochar amendment, phytoremediation with ryegrass, and a combination of biochar and ryegrass, were investigated with greenhouse pot experiments over a 90-day period. The results showed that planting ryegrass in soil can significantly improve the remova...
متن کاملPhytoremediation of an aged petroleum contaminated soil using endophyte infected and non-infected grasses.
Phytoremediation is a promising technique for cleaning petroleum contaminated soils. In this study, the effects of two grass species (Festuca arundinacea Schreb. and Festuca pratensis Huds.), infected (E(+)) and non-infected (E(-)) by endophytic fungi (Neotyphodium coenophialum and Neotyphodium uncinatum, respectively) on the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons in an aged petroleum contaminat...
متن کاملUnderstanding Plant-Microbe Interactions for Phytoremediation of Petroleum-Polluted Soil
Plant-microbe interactions are considered to be important processes determining the efficiency of phytoremediation of petroleum pollution, however relatively little is known about how these interactions are influenced by petroleum pollution. In this experimental study using a microcosm approach, we examined how plant ecophysiological traits, soil nutrients and microbial activities were influenc...
